Tusa Liberator Open Water Package with Element III Console & RS-790

Tusa Liberator Open Water Package combines the Liberator BC with AWLS III, the Element III Console, and the RS-790 regulator for a complete scuba setup. The Liberator BC0103B is a durable, wrap-around jacket-style buoyancy compensator designed for stability and reliability in open-water diving. It features TUSA’s tilt valve inflator and the Advanced Weight Loading System III (AWLS III) for easy weight loading, plus a RiteTite buckle and an ultimate stabilizing harness for secure buoyancy control. Sizes range XS–XL with lift capacities of XS 18.0 lbf, S 20.2 lbf, M 27.0 lbf, L 33.7 lbf, and XL 40.5 lbf.

The RS-790 Regulator Yoke module combines a balanced diaphragm first stage (R-700) with an anti-freeze system and a dry ambient pressure chamber to perform in cold conditions. A ribbed section increases heat transfer to resist freezing, while two HP ports and four LP ports (two standard, two high-flow) support versatile breathing configurations. The high-flow LP ports offer up to a 15% increase in air flow. A DIN version (RS-790 DIN) is available for 300 bar/4350 psi systems. The S-90 second stage is lightweight, with a pneumatically balanced system, a venturi adjustment lever, and an ortho-consciously designed mouthpiece. The included Safe Second SS-0001 High Performance Lightweight Octopus provides flexible placement with left or right-hand configuration and a venturi adjustment lever, paired with an ortho-consciously designed mouthpiece for comfortable breathing during dives.

The package is completed with a Tusa Mesh Backpack featuring a large outer pocket with hook-and-loop fastener, a zippered interior pocket, padded shoulder straps, and an extended main zipper. Its 81 L capacity, dimensions of 36 x 41 x 75 cm, and dry weight of 980 g (2.2 lb) make it practical for transport and gear organization on scuba trips.
