The BC1 is designed for the roughest ocean environment. Creating the toughest BC in the world requires unique materials. The BC1 is created using exclusive engineering grade plastics, polyurethane-coated fabric, and corrosion resistant metals. The unique, attractive double-laminated/coated BC1 fabric actually sheds water like a raincoat – a DRY BC. This strong fabric holds nearly double the pressure of standard BC materials. It is virtually impermeable and resists abrasion, tears and punctures. Self-cleaning, UV and stain-resistant, it also resists chemicals, mold, rot and mildew.

THE WEIGHT SYSTEM. REINVENTED.

The patented EZ-LOK Weight Release System is the easiest weight system ever designed. Quickly, easily load weights while in or out of the water. Two zippered pouches each hold up to 10 pounds of hard or soft weights. The weight pouches glide into the weight pockets under the arms and lock into place with a reassuring “SNAP.” A simple one-handed tug on the handle is all it takes to release. Weight pouch is secured at the BC back to prevent shifting forward. (US Patent No. 9,296,451)

THE TANK BAND. REENGINEERED.

Another Atomic Aquatics exclusive, the Ratcheting CAM-LOK Tank Band is amazingly easy to use and securely holds your tank in place. Forget trying to weave nylon webbing into a buckle. Similar to the bindings on ski boots and snowboards, the ratcheting band quickly adjusts to accommodate a variety of tank sizes. The over-center buckle locks everything tightly in place. Just push the molded belt teeth past the ratchet and lock it down with minimal effort. Custom-formulated, high strength polyurethane-coated polyester webbing won’t slip, stretch or absorb water.
