The Mares SXS 62X Regulator is a compact, ultra-lightweight piece of scuba diving gear designed for a streamlined, reliable setup. Its Second eXtra Small (SXS) 62X second stage provides a minimal profile without sacrificing performance, making it well suited for side configurations in diving gear.
The first stage uses a balanced diaphragm with pre-oriented HP and LP ports for clean hose routing, complemented by A.S.T. for a watertight seal and a lighter, more compact diaphragm finished in pearl chrome. The SXS second stage is the smallest Mares second stage, built from ultralight technopolymer, featuring a V.A.D. system with a curved bypass tube for maximum airflow, and it can be used on either the right or left side with a lateral exhaust tube, a soft exhaust button, and a Superflex hose.
